Agreement

All paintings shown and/or sold online or in person were made exclusively by the artist, Janos Bergman.

Whereas the buyer owns the original painting following full payment for the same, the artist retains all future proprietary rights regarding reprint, publication, promotion and possible future sale of prints made of the original painting itself. The aforesaid will remain the exclusive right of the artist. All sales are final; there are no refunds.

Privacy Policy

All personal and financial information and data will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Disclaimer

Once the buyer has acquired the painting from the artist and the painting is in his or her physical possession, the artist cannot be held responsible for any subsequent or future damage to the painting.

Trademarks

J. BERGMAN ART STUDIO, owned by JANOS BERGMAN, is legally registered in the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada. The website www.bergmanartpei.ca is a registered entity and is the sole property of the artist.
